Organization Team
The job of the Organization Team is to oversee the organizational structure on the Perrysburg Main Street program. The Committee works with the various Main Street members and committees to build consensus and cooperation as well as with other community stakeholders to provide continuity between the public and private sectors.
Tasks of the Organization Team include:
  -Fundraising – currently selling sponsorships for the FIRST Perrysburg Historic Playing  Cards – call the office for details
-Recruiting Volunteers
-Managing human resources
-Promoting the program
-Managing and overseeing finances
-Website creation and maintenance
 
Promotion Team
The Promotion Team is charged with promoting the image and goals of Perrysburg Main Street, Inc.
The Promotion Team helps to foster the Main Street mission of downtown preservation by marketing the district's unique characteristics to shoppers, investors, new businesses, and visitors. The team is responsible for an effective promotion strategy by maintaining public and media relations for the organization and its events, as well as forging relationships with Perrysburg’s downtown vendors.
In particular, the Promotion Team is responsible for planning and running Main Street's yearly events. Successful Perrysburg events include First Fridays (first Friday of month May through October 2008), the Classic Car Show (August 9), the Veterans Parade (November 8), and the Holiday Open House & Parade (November 30).
 
Design Team
The Design Team's objective is to get Downtown Perrysburg into top physical shape. Capitalizing on its best assets - such as historic buildings, view of the Maumee River, and the beautiful, diverse downtown layout - is just one important part of this team's job.
The Design Team also works to create an inviting atmosphere downtown by working with Perrysburg businesses to create window displays to entice visitors and shoppers.
The Design Team is also charged with maintaining Downtown Perrysburg's street signs, street lights, and landscaping. Some of the more successful downtown beautification campaigns include the street-side banners, tree planting, and spring flower baskets which bloom every year in cooperation with the Country Garden Club of Perrysburg.
  Downtown Clean-Up April 30th at 7 am: come help the City of Perrysburg clean out the flowerbeds and grass spaces throughout the Downtown; supplies provided.
 
Economic Restructuring Team
The Economic Restructuring Team works with Perrysburg downtown businesses to maintain and expand downtown's economic stability. Members of the Economic Restructuring Team require an understanding of Perrysburg’s economic conditions as well as possibilities for growth.
The Economic Restructuring Team is responsible for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for market growth as well as developing incentives for businesses to locate in Downtown Perrysburg.
The Economic Restructuring Team is charged with creating ways to sharpen the competitiveness of downtown business enterprises.
